Katherine “Kat” Fibiger is an attorney at PCI specializing in patents and copyrights. Kat assists the Penn community in the licensing and commercialization of Penn’s technology and inventions. Kat was a software developer prior to becoming a lawyer so she has extensive experience with software, copyright, and especially open-source licensing.
