Lauren Mayers is the Program Manager at PCI Ventures, where she supports programs and initiatives focused on the development and commercialization of Penn-affiliated ventures. She works across the PCI Ventures portfolio to coordinate projects, strengthen processes, and advance the team’s work with Penn inventors, entrepreneurs, and other partners.
Prior to joining PCI, Lauren served as Event Operations Manager for the School of Engineering and Applied Science, where she managed complex, cross-functional operations and collaborated with faculty, staff, and partners across the University. Her professional background spans program management, project management, operations, hospitality, and experiential programming, with a particular focus on bringing people, processes, and resources together to drive progress.
