viTToria Biotherapeutics and Exyn Technologies, both startups co-founded by Penn faculty, won recent awards from the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) at their annual Enterprise Awards gala recognizing the most innovative startups in the region.
viTToria, co-founded by Marco Ruella, M.D, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Perelman School of Medicine and member of the Penn Bioengineering Graduate Group, won the Life Sciences and Healthcare Startup of the Year Award and Exyn Technologies, co-founded by Penn Engineering Dean Vijay Kumar, won for Emerging Technology of the Year.
