Conor Flynn is the Director of Corporate Contracts at the Penn Center for Innovation (PCI), where he leads the team handling negotiation and execution of industry‑facing agreements that support the commercialization of University of Pennsylvania research. He is an attorney with extensive experience in research contracting, intellectual property strategy, and technology transfer across leading academic and biomedical institutions. Prior to joining PCI, Conor held senior research administration and contracts leadership roles at the University at Buffalo. He began his career in intellectual property licensing and university innovation, supporting startup formation and industry partnerships.
