Designed for up to 10 startups who are raising their first round from institutional investors, the 5-day program equips founders with the know-how to:

• create a capital ready due diligence deal room,

• navigate legal, operational, and funding issues that will arise in due diligence,

• and work hand-in-hand with real investors from across the country.
