Kate Donohue is Director, Legal Affairs of the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Center for Innovation, as well as an Associate General Counsel of the University of Pennsylvania. As an intellectual property attorney, she has devoted over 20 years to legal support of technology development, protection, licensing and enforcement. Ms. Donohue assists the Penn community in the licensing and commercialization of Penn’s technology and inventions and other IP and policy issues that relate to research, intellectual property and technology transfer.
