Kelsey McNeely is the Executive Director for Corporate Engagement in Penn Engineering, where she works collaboratively across Penn Engineering and the Penn Center for Innovation to advance impactful industry partnerships. She joined the University of Pennsylvania in 2026 after 15 years at ExxonMobil, with experience spanning research and marketing for biotechnology, sustainability, energy, and materials. Throughout her career, Dr. McNeely has focused on building and nurturing interdisciplinary teams, managing global R&D portfolios, and translating complex scientific ideas into meaningful outcomes. She’s passionate about the importance of fundamental research for transforming the world.
