This month, the University of Pennsylvania announced that Longfellow Real Estate Partners, LLC will be developing a 455,000 square foot facility along 34th Street and Grays Ferry Avenue to expand the life sciences hub at Pennovation Works.
With the growing number of startup companies coming out of Penn and the increased demand for lab space, these new lab and biomanufacturing facilities will allow biotech companies to remain in Philadelphia and stay close to Penn’s campus as they continue to expand.
