Gynuin, a company co-founded by Eileen Wang, MD, Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn Medicine and Gabriel Arenas, MD, an obstetrician-gynecologist at Penn Medicine, was accepted into the LifeX Accelerator, a three-month immersive program for early-stage ventures commercializing technology in digital health, medical devices, or therapeutics.
Gynuin is focused on developing a medical device to secure immediate postpartum IUDs and prevent unintended pregnancies and complications caused by migration and expulsion of IUDs from the uterus.
