Ellie Weinstein, Pennovation Accelerator alumni, developed the Cocoa Press to 3D print chocolate. The method of 3D printing chocolate helps users personalize chocolates without the use of a custom mold, which allows for greater personalization. Weinstein recently developed her newest model of the Cocoa Press, which will come in two options: a professional model and a do-it-yourself kit.
Weinstein hopes the new model will reach chocolate shops and bakeries on the professional side, as well as serious hobbyists on the DIY side. Learn more about this exciting innovation here.
